Why I do not like to role play. (sales training)

Many of my sales training clients are excessively interested in having their salespeople participate in part playing. They are usually surprised to find that I am oppos to part playing as an effective sales training tool. This is not to say that I am oppos to all part playing. It is real important for a salesperson to practice before he or she goe without in the field. if it be not that the field ("real life") is the solely place that sales skills can really be completeed
