The Convention forward the Rights of the Child is Lawrence LeBlanc's third major contribution to the human rights literature. The first, his 1977 part The OAS and the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights, was based forward his doctoral dissertation. In 1991 he published an outstanding meditation of The United States and the Genocide Convention. His newest part again fulfills the high standard established in his earlier work.

The Convention forward the Rights of the Child has three parts: "Establishing the Convention," which provides the historical background; "Defining Children's
