If I were determined to create a just discovered daily newspaper, the last place I would pick out to do it is Washington, DC

First there is the Washington support which sells its newspapers to a higher percentage of households in its immediate market than any other big-city daily in the nation. Of les concatenation because of its relatively small size, still still important, is the Washington Times. Then there is the exempt commuter daily, Express, published by dint of the Post.
